HOMTEC inspectors are Certified Inspection Experts!

All inspection reports are delivered in a 3 ring binder.  Reports consist of a minimum of 22 pages or more and are received by the client within 24 hours or less.  Included in the binder is an informative book called Home Systems Guide containing information on how to make repairs as well as maintain your new home.

Pictures of deficiencies are a part of the report.  When required, we also add videos to the client report to illustrate plumbing or fixture issues.  To make it an immersive experience, HOMTEC also provides panoramic 360° images to every report.   One quick snapshot and you can explore 360° panoramic views right within the report. It's the next best thing to being there in person!  View a sample Home Inspection Report.

You will also receive a list of items that you may have to budget to replace as a new homeowner.

When your inspection is performed we want you there if at all possible.  This makes it easier for you as the purchaser when reading the report, as well as I can educate you on maintaining your purchase.  The following is a comprehensive list of items that are inspected.  Be prepared to spend at least 2 to 3 hours at the inspection.
